About me personally…
I’m a blend of cultures and experiences—a unique mix of half Chinese and half English. I was born in the bustling city of Hong Kong but grew up surrounded by the warmth and beauty of southern Spain.
This multicultural background has shaped my deep love for diversity, especially when it comes to food, nature, and life itself.
Food is one of my greatest passions. I adore exploring new cuisines and savoring the flavors of the world, with Asian food holding a special place in my heart.
Cooking and baking bring me joy, and I take pride in my carrot cake recipe, which has earned me two bake-off competition wins—a true labor of love!
Animals have always been a big part of my life. At one point, our family boasted a lively menagerie with five dogs and six cats. Now, I share my days with two wonderful cats, Willow and Huxley, and two beloved dogs, Macqui and Paolo, who remain in Spain. (You might get to meet one or two of them on zoom!)
When I seek tranquility, I turn to horseback riding. Long rides through serene forest trails are my escape—a perfect balance of adventure and peace, where I feel most connected to nature.
